Shipping policy

We offer flat shipping rates for single puzzles and free shipping to all orders of more than one puzzle. 

We ship via UPS to Canada and the U.S. Please allow 2-5 business days for orders to be processed before it ships. During sales and holidays allow 7-10 business days for processing before shipment.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.
